My latest journey has brought me to Cuernavaca, Mexico, where I will teach English for the year. Although my travels have spanned the globe, I will always remember fondly my first great adventures to the blue shed in the corner of my backyard.
Fish ceviches aren't my favorite option when choosing ceviche dishes. My favorite ceviche is shrimp ceviche.
